❤️ The pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

🏊 Outdoor Pool Heating Information (Seasonal Pricing)

Pool heating is available upon request and is priced based on the season:

• November – March: $100 per night
• April, May & October (Shoulder Season): $75 per night
• June – September (Summer Months): $50 per night (typically not required due to warmer temperatures)

Pool will be targeted to be heated to 84°F (+/- 3°F)

Please note that heating must be requested 24 hours in advance to allow our pool team sufficient time to prepare the pool for your stay.

Propane Grill Note:
The property includes a propane grill with a small tank. While our team makes every effort to keep it filled, we cannot guarantee the tank will always last for the duration of your stay. For uninterrupted grilling, guests are welcome to bring an extra propane tank and may take it with them upon departure.

🚭 No Smoking / Vaping Policy

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, decks, patios, and common areas.

$500 penalty will be imposed for any violations, plus additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable.

🐾 Pet Policy – No Pets Allowed

To ensure a comfortable, clean, and allergen-friendly experience for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property 🧼✨

If any pet is brought onto the property, the following will apply:

• 💲 A $750 unauthorized pet fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning and sanitation
• 🛋️ Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including (but not limited to) furniture, linens, flooring, or outdoor areas
• 🛠️ Any repair or replacement costs will be charged separately based on actual damages

Other things to note
⚠️ Please use the hot tub at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub, please consult with your doctor.

📷 Outdoor camera is in place for your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.

🧸 If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wander around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears.

⚠️ No unauthorized fires (including candles), No diving in the pool, No smoking inside the cabin, No parties.

❗ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your travel insurance.

✔ We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Garbage pick up is available upon request for stays longer than a week or more.

✔ The road leading up to our cabin is paved and easy to drive but AWD drive vehicles are recommended.
